UNEARTH To Embark On U.K. Headlining Tour In March

December 11, 2006

Hot on the tail of their success as special guests to HATEBREED in November, and following their imminent stateside run as direct support to SLAYER, Boston's UNEARTH have announced their first-ever headlining tour of the U.K. in March 2007. Main support will come from Glendale, Arizona-based powerhouse JOB FOR A COWBOY, who return to the U.K. for the second time in less then a year before gearing up to record their debut album for Metal Blade (slated for a spring 2007 release). Also on the bill are Canadian deathcore pounders DESPISED ICON and Atlanta's DAATH. The dates are as follows:

Mar. 20 - Exeter - Lemon Grove
Mar. 21 - Nottigham - Rock City
Mar. 22 - Manchester - Academy 2
Mar. 23 - Wolverhampton - Wolfrun Hall
Mar. 24 - London - Mean Fiddler
Mar. 26 - Oxford - Zodiac
Mar. 27 - Glasgow - Garage
Mar. 28 - Stoke - Sugarmill
Mar. 29 - Portsmouth - Wedgewood Rooms
Mar. 30 - Newport - TJ's

UNEARTH's latest album, "III: In the Eyes of Fire", sold 22,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release. The CD was recorded at a Seattle studio with producer Terry Date (PANTERA, DEFTONES). A limited-edition version of "III: In the Eyes of Fire" includes a bonus DVD containing the "making of" footage for the album and a live video filmed on the Sounds of The Underground tour.
